How to perform an update of Lights-Out.
Lights-Out notifies you about new versions on the status page tab and on the add-in tab (1).
Click on the task "Update the add-in" (2) to open the update dialog (3) which directs you to the download site.
When a new version is available, download the .wssx file on a client and execute these steps.
An update is essentially an uninstall followed by a new install. Your existing settings are not changed.
To ensure a smooth update, please follow these steps:
